By responding in the affirmative to this invitation or by attending this performance, the invited guest above and any guests accompanying such invited guest acknowledges that Mohican Hills Concert Series, Inc. will film, photograph and may broadcast or stream the performance, that the foregoing may include images of the audience, and further, that Mohican Hills Concert Series, Inc. is permitted to use any such media or reproductions thereof as part of its promotional or marketing materials, including without limitation, by publishing same to its website, on social media or by live stream of the performance.
